Wash all the grains and soak over night after that remove all excess water and let it keep them for sprouting. You can tie them in a cotton cloth also but the sporrs germinates on their own in whole day

Take tomatoes and onion, grind or grate them with grater

Now take cooker and heat oil in that add Cumin seeds and then add bay leaf and red dry chilli

After that add the gravy of tomatoes and onion

Add all spices except garam masala at this stage

Now add all the sprouts mix them well and add about 1.5 glass of water, garam masala and cook them by giving around 5-6 whistles

Add coriander leaves and enjoy in your lunch or dinner with Roti, Phulka and rice😋
