  1. 50-60 gmKidney beans
  2. 50-60 gmWhole green moong
  3. 50-60 gmRed Chana(chickpeas)
  4. 50-60 gmWhite Vatana
  5. 50-60 gmWhole Black Urad
  6. 2tomatoes
  7. 1big onion
  8. 1 tspGreen chilli paste and garlic paste
  9. 1 tspCumin seeds
  10. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  11. 1 tspCoriander powder
  12. 1 tspred chilli powder
  13. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  14. 1 tsplemon
  15. 1/2 tspcoriander leaves
  16. 2 tbspoil
  17. 1dry red chilli
  18. 1bay leaf

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash all the grains and soak over night after that remove all excess water and let it keep them for sprouting. You can tie them in a cotton cloth also but the sporrs germinates on their own in whole day

    Take tomatoes and onion, grind or grate them with grater

    Now take cooker and heat oil in that add Cumin seeds and then add bay leaf and red dry chilli

    After that add the gravy of tomatoes and onion

    Add all spices except garam masala at this stage

    Now add all the sprouts mix them well and add about 1.5 glass of water, garam masala and cook them by giving around 5-6 whistles

    Add coriander leaves and enjoy in your lunch or dinner with Roti, Phulka and rice😋
