Lauki ke chilkon ko bareek cut karlen.

Ab pot main oil daal ke garam karain or rai, kalonji, methi dana, zeera or curry pattay se baghar lagaen.

Ab ismain lauki ke chilkay shamil kar ke 1 min fry karain. Phir timatar, haldi, kuti laal mirch or namak daal ke achi tarah mix karlain.

Ab dhakkan dhaank ke halki aanch pe 5 se 10 min pakaen... beech beech main chamcha chalati rahain.

Jab timatar gal jaen or timatar ka pani bhi khushk hojae to hari mirchen shamil kar ke 3 to 4 min mazeed pakaen.

Ab choolha band kar ke lemon juice shamil karain or mix karlain..

Ab parathay ya chapati ke sath garma garam serve karain...
