Ingredients

  • 1 bunchgreen onion
  • 1 tspjeera
  • 2 tbsoil
  • 2potato chopped
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/4haldi powder
  • as requiredRed chilli powder
  • 1 bowlmatar

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera add chopped green onion after two minutes tomato cook till it becomes soft.

    After a minutes add all spices mix well.

    Add diced potato and mtar cook till it becomes soft.

    Green onion veg is ready serve it with roti.
