Ingredients

  • 1 glasssaoaked sprouts
  • 2 glasseswater
  • 1onion
  • Handfulcurry leaves
  • Handfulcoriander leaves
  • to tasteSalt
  • PinchTurmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tablespoonmustard and cumin seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak spouts for overnight.

    Pressure Cook for 3 whistles.

    Take a pan and keep it on the stove. Once the pan heats add mustard and cumin seeds. Once it starts crackle add onions and curry leaves. Add salt, turmeric. Mix it well. Close it with a lid and keep the stove in low flame.

    Once the onion becomes brown add cooked sprouts into it. Mix it well. Add coriander leaves for garnishing.

    Take it into a bowl and serve hot.
