Steps

Heat 1 tbsp desi ghee in pan add cloves cinnamon bay leaves then add onions fry until translucent

Add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1 medium tomato chopped red chilli coriander cumin turmeric salt chopped coriander and green chilli

Mix well cook until oil separates then add 1 cup sprouts fry 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame add rice 1 cup and 2 cups hot water

Bring to a boil simmer 10 to 15 minutes ready to serve
