Mayo and vegetable Sandwich
Steps

Grate carrot and cabbage.

Cut avocado and tomato in thin slices and sprinkle some salt and pepper over them.

Toast two slices of bread on a pan or in a toaster.

Take mayonnaise is a bowl and add grated vegetables. Sprinkle some salt and pepper and mix well.

Now spread this mix on the toasted bread and place slices of tomato and avocado.
Cover it with the other toast. - 6
Place the sandwich on the pan and warm it up.
If you want apply some butter but I didn’t. - 7
Enjoy the mayonnaise sandwich with tea or coffee.
