Ingredients

  • 1medium turkey, cleaned
  • marinate
  • 1 tbspsliced ginger
  • 1/2chopped onion
  • 4-5garlic cloves,chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1little pandan leaf and curry leaves
  • 1little of lemon gras
  • 1 tspchili powder or hot paprika powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric
  • 2 tspvinegar
  • filling
  • 100 gsausages,sliced
  • 100 gturkey or chicken liver
  • 1sliced onion
  • 1sliced capsicum or 4 green chilies
  • 4-5chopped garlic cloves
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsplemon juice or vinegar
  • 1egg white
  • 1 bunchcoriander or parsley
  • 2-3cloves
  • 1 stickcinnamon

    Grind everything which are for marinate.

    Add everything for stuffing to the processor or blender and mince well

  3. 3

    180 c Pre heat oven to

  4. 4

    Stuff the turkey with filling and marinate the outside as well as outside with the marinate.

  5. 5

    Roast the turkey for about 1 hour. The time will depend on the size of turkey

  6. 6

    For each 1 kg of turkey, the time increases by 40 minutes
