Cake Covering (Fondant Icing)

Sieve your icing sugar add cmc and set aside.

In a bowl, add water, glucose, glycerin, gelatin and steam it in a boiling water until watery.
- 3
Pour the mixture inside the icing sugar and knead it soft. Divide the fondant into 3, apply each colors on the 2 pieces and leave one plain.

Twist the 3 fondants together and roll it. Place it on your cake and do a simple decoration.
