    The ingredients

    Wash and boiled the egg till well cooked, remove the shell slowly

    Using sharp knife cut the boild egg(zigzag shape)

    Separate the egg yolk, add in bama and mustard mixx till well incorporated

    Transfer in to pipping bag then pip in to the egg, garnish with clove and bonnet
