Ingredients

  • 12 ouncebeef meatballs
  • 2/3 poundground sirloin
  • 30 ouncesbaked beans
  • 2 teaspoonyellow prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoongranulated onion powder
  • 1 teaspoonkosher salt
  • 1/3 cupdiced green bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoonground white pepper
  • 1/2 cuplight brown sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat and brown the ground sirloin. Cut the meatballs in half and cook them. Add the peppers, spices, mustard and allow to simmer,12 minutes covered.

    Add the beans allow to simmer covered for 20 minutes on medium low heat. Serve with tortillas. I hope you enjoy!!!
