Take a pulse wash and soaked. After soaked take a pressure cooker put water, pulse, turmeric, and salt take a 1 whistle then flame off after pressure release press pulse in the ladle.

Take a wok put clarified butter then add hing,cumin seeds fried then add garlic saute then add onion and green chilli saute.

Then add ginger and tomato puree saute then add garam masala and red chilli powder mix.

Then add cooked pulse mix and cook for 5 minutes.

Then add green coriander mix and serve Hyderabadi pulse.
