Boil beef until tender

Add the white part of the leek and some oil to fry until the onions turn brown

Add in peeled and diced tomatoes, and once fully cooked, add some black pepper

Add potatoes and leave for 10 minutes under low heat.

Add in dhania and half a cup of water

In a separate cooking pot, add margarine and grate some tumeric

Add the glass of rice, a pinch of salt and 2 cups of water

Nicely cut the leek leaves and once rice is almost dry, add them in for garnish

Serve the food hot.
