Sarso Ka saag and chawal ki roti and papad

Steps

Clean the sarso saag, remove stalk and separate the leaves from it. Wash the leaves thoroughly with water, drain out the excess water and chop the leaves finely.

First take & pressure cooker add oil add cumin seeds cracks add chopped onions

Mix well add carrots & brinjal add. Ginger paste & potato mix well cook 5 miuntes

Now next add red chilli powder coriander powder salt mix well add Spinach mix it well cook 5 minutes

Add 1 cup water and pressure cook for 4 whistles. you can alternatively cook in a vessel.

Once the pressure settles down, open the cooker and start to mash the saag.

1 cups chawal ka atta small onion chopped half TSP red chilli powder
water for kneading - 8
Knead a tight dough.
Using a butter paper,baking sheet, roll into a flatbread.
Cook it on a iron griddle,use few drops of oil after its semi cooked
