Pick your Rice well and if dirty you can do the washing

Boil clean water into a sufuria.

Add oil and salt at a time then stir well.

Add your rice and cover well to boil.

As you boil your rice,peel off your Irish potato well

Cut into your desired sizes

Chop all your tomatoes in a clean bowl,onions too separately,green pepper into it's bowl,Corrionder leafs also into it's separate bowl.

Add oil into a clean sufuria and let it heat up well

Ensure to confirm your rice as you continue with your Irish potato in separate sufuria and jiko

Add your well chopped onions,let it turn golden brown in color

Add your green pepper

Add the tomatoes and salt then stir well

Cover to simmer,then add your cubes of Royco to the mixture

Check if the rice is ready,put aside covered with some heat charcoal on top of the pan to cook slowly

Meanwhile,add the irish potato in the mixture then stir as you add water to cover it up

Cover well then leave it to cook

Stir slowly as add your Corrionder leafs then put aside from the heat

You can serve when still hot to stimulate your appetite....
