Heat oil.slice one onion and fry in oil till pink.then add ginger garlic paste fry well.add black pepper green cardamom add chop tomatoes and mix.let tomatoes get soft and mushy nicely in own water

Add all spices.bhonofy well.add beef qeema. Mix well in masala.cover and let it cook till colour changes and get soften

Add chop palak in qeema.mix well add potato cubes and methi leaves.mix all well.add 1/2 cup water and let all cook at medium flame till potatoes are soft and palak and methi are cooked well.

When oil separates and qeema is well cooked.add green chillies and few sprigs soya lastly.cover and close flame.

Flavourful healthy leafy palak qeema is ready.enjoy with chapati or naan.
