In a mixing bowl combine milkmaid, oil and sugar. Whisk till everything gets combined well.

Now sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and mix in liquid mixture. mix with mik and make a thick batter.

Also add vanilla essence.

Now divide the mixture into three parts.

Add chocolate syurp in one part. Add cocoa powder with little water in second part.

After this grease the cake tin with some oil and pour the dark layer first. Tap for 2-3 times to level the mixture.

Then pour light chocolate layer on it, followed by vanilla layer on top.

Sprikle some choco chips on the top.

Now bake it in preheated oven at 180 degree for 35-40 minutes. Baking time will vary for every convation.

Remove from oven and insert a toothpick into the middle of the cake. If it comes out clean, cake is ready.

Let it cool down and enjoy this yummy layerd chocolate cake.
