Take one pan without ghee roast makhana for 1-2 min now take out makhanas in one separate bowl.

Now take peanuts in Pan and roasted for 1 to 2 minutes. Now also take the poppy seed and roast it for 1 minute.

Roast all the three ingredients only on low flame.

Now take one another Pan add ghee to it and heat it up. Now add green chilli and curry leaves in the ghee. And also turmeric and mix it well.

Now add all three roasted ingredients to the ghee.

Sprinkle salt on it and mix it well for 1 to 2 minutes.

Now you are roasted makhana as a ready to serve. Enjoy eating roasted makhana ❤️
