Dry Masala Mushroom

Take a pan, add one spoon of oil and heat it, add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds and splutter it.

Add chopped Mushroom and fry it for 2 minutes and remove this fry Mushroom in a separate pot.

Now, add some oil to a pan and heat it. Add ginger, garlic, and onion paste and fry it till its color becomes golden.

Add garam masala, turmeric powder, chilli powder, and salt (as per taste) and mix it smoothly and heat for further 5 minutes.

Now, add that Mushroom and fry it for further 5 minutes on a low heat flame. Stop the flame. Now, your "Dry Masala Mushroom" is ready.
