Wash tuvar dal.

Take a cooker add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, water, tomato, green chillies, Hing.

Close the lid and take 2 whistles.

After that stir Dal.

Take a small pan, heat ghee crackle mustard seeds and cumin seeds, add hing, a pinch of red chilli powder, and curry leaves.

Add this in stirred dal.

Tuvar Dal is ready to serve with roti or rice.
