Collect the guthlis and allow them to dry for 10-15 days.Hold the guthli and hit on the edges with the help of pestle. Doing this will give you full seeds.

Now pressure cook the seeds for 3 whistles on a medium flame and cool completely.after cooling cut the guthli as per your choice and dry under the sun or fan

Now heat ghee in pan for frying the guthli.fry all guthli golden brown in colour and add black salt and mix well

Now guthli mukhwas is ready for serving
