  2. 6 cupswater
  3. 1/2 cupcarrot
  4. 1/2 cupbeans
  5. 1/4 cuppeas
  6. 1 1/2 cuptuvar
  7. 1/2 cupcurd
  8. 2 cupsliced onions
  9. 1 cupcoriander chopped
  10. 1 cupmint leaves chopped
  11. 1 cuptomatoes chopped
  12. 3green chillies
  13. 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  14. 1 tspturmeric powder
  15. 1 tspchilli powder
  16. 2 tspkashmiri chilli powder
  17. 4cloves
  18. 4cardamom
  19. 2 inchcinnamon
  20. 1star anise
  21. 1 tsppepper corns
  22. to tastesalt
  23. 200 mloil

    Inner cooker add oil all the dry garam masala and onion fry until it's golden brown.

    Then add coriander leaves ministries saute until nice Aroma then add the garlic paste and fry well until the raw smell evaporates. Then add all the chopped vegetables and software for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add tuvar and saute for other 2 mins.

    When and green chillies, peas and tomatoes. Cook well until tomatoes are smashed.

    Add chilli powder Kashmiri chilli powder salt and saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add curd and saute again for a minute.

    Finally add water and bring it to boil. Add rise to the boiling water and cook for about 3 minutes on highway him and finally close the cooker lid and leave it up to two whistle. Yummy Biryani is ready.
