Cut the panner thin slices.Wash and chop the tomato,chillies and onion.

Take a kadai.Add 2 tbsp oil.When warm add jeera, tez patta, cloves,jaipatri, haldi powder and saute well.Now add onions.Add salt.Fry until translucent.

Add Tomato and capsicum.Cook until soft. Meanwhile make the paste of Kaju and milk. When the tomatoes are done add the kaju paste.Add chillie powder. Add water to adjust consistency.cook for 5 mins

Now add the paneer.Cook for 2 mins. Add sugar and garam masala. Cook until the oil appears on the surface.Add milk if required.

When cooked well take it in a bowl.Crush some kasuri methi and garish it nicely.Serve Hot.
