Boiled dal for 4 whistle in cooker.
Blend it and add turmeric,Red chili powder, salt,sugar, peanuts and kokam phool.
Boiled it on medium flame for 10 minutes.
Now heat oil in a pan.
Add Mustard seeds and let it sputter for a while. - 2
Then add cumin seeds and curry leaves.
Add asafoetida to it.
Now pour this tempering in dal.
Garnish it with coriander.
And serve it with rice.
Our gujarati mithi dal is ready.
