Take 1 tbsp ghee in a big wok and add makhana, roast them till they are crisp. Remove them aside.

Dry roast the puffed rice in the same wok and keep them aside.

Dry roast the flax seeds also for a minute.

Take one more tbsp of ghee in the same wok and add raisins and sauté till they are puffed up, remove aside and keep.

In the same ghee roast almonds and cashews and keep them aside.

Take remaining ghee and add curry leaves in it.

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt and mix it all well.

Add all the ingredients kept aside and mix them well with the dry spices till they are coated well.

You can store them in a container and enjoy when you want.
