Cook the daal smoothly and while cooking add salt,turmeric and garlic 3 pieces.

Put oil in pan and make it hot.now add cumin,let it be cracked. After that add red whole chilli and garlic 3 pieces in small pieces. And after that add onion make it brown then tomato and fenugreek leaves

Cook all the things till all becomes soft and brown.

Now add the daal from cooker.and boil it for 5 min.it should be not too thin and not too thick.

.now serve hot with choice of your rice or roti.in this pic I am serving with multi grain roti.
