Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsGram flour
  2. 1/2 cupfine semolina
  3. 1 cuppure ghee
  4. 2 cupspowdered sugar
  5. 1/2 Tsp cardamom powder

Cooking Instructions

    Clean and seive semolina and gram flour

  2. 2

    Dry roast semolina in heavy bottom kadhai till it turns pinkish in colour and aromatic.

    Remove semolina from the vessel.

    Add ghee in same kadhai and let it melt.then add gram flour in it and stir it continuously.

    When gram flour becomes Fragrant and realese ghee from the sides add roasted semolina in it.

    Mix it well and stir it for more 3-4 minutes.Then off the flame and let it cool

    Transfer gram flour in a large mixing plate add powderd sugar in it. Add cardamom powder in it.You can also add chopped nuts in it if you like.Mix it well.

    Make a small laddoo of mixture.

    Very very delicious..highly recommended laddus.
