Steps

Peel the boiled eggs and in a pan keep oul for frying and fry the eggs till golden brown and keep aside.

In separate pan add a little oil and when its get heated add jeera to it, when it starts crackling add the whole masalas.. big and small elachi, tej patta, cloves, dalchini.stir it for a minute then to it add ginger garlic paste..Stir again. Till the raw smell of the ginger garlic paste is gone

To it now add chopped onions and cook the onions till they turn golden brown.

Now àdd chopped tomatoes and cook for a minute and add salt and chilli powder to taste. Cook for a minute. If required add a little water at this point. Cook again till the gravy becomes thick

Add the fried eggs to the gravy. Mix well and immediately switch off the gas. Garnish the egg curry with coriander leaves.
