Sunday Morning Milk Bread Sunday Morning Milk Bread
On weekdays we always eat rice and miso soup for breakfast, but on Sundays, when my husband isn't working, he always eats toast for breakfast. I used the bread maker to make the bread from scratch, too. My husband loves his scrambled egg toast so I wanted to introduce the recipe on Cookpad. The milk bread tastes so great because it contains a mixture of milk and skimmed milk powder. When baking the bread in the bread maker, add the egg mixture after it's been returned to room temperature. This will result in a smooth and fluffy loaf. You can make the scrambled eggs really quickly in the microwave and the grated cheese will lend it a nice kick!Toast to how you like.
