Cabbage akki roti

In a large bowl add cabbage, green chilli, coriander leaves, then add rice flour, 1tbsp ghee.Mix all the ingredients and knead a hard dough.

Divide the dough into equal balls and roll it to a thick roti.

Heat tawa to cook the roti, flame should be low to medium. Apply ghee on both sides. Prepare all of it in the same way.

Serve this delicious cabbage akki roti with chutney.
