Wash and pressure cook yam for 2 whistles only.

Remove its skin, when it cools cut it into small semi-thick pieces.

Heat oil, fry yam until it becomes crisp from outside. Use a muddler to crush crispy yam.

Sprinkle all spices and lemon juice on crispy yam n garnish it with chopped coriander. Serve hot.
