3. Use unsalted butter. It enhance the taste.
4. You can addJulienne cut ginger with green chillies , if you want.
5. You can change the quantity of spices according to your taste buds.

Ingredients

4 persons
  • 2-3 bunchesHara dhania chopped
  • 4Potatoes
  • 5tomatoes
  • 4green chillies
  • 1onion cut into slices
  • Salt
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tbspvinegar
  • 1 cupoil
  • 3 tbspbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel off the skin of potatoes and cut into square pieces. Peel off the skin of tomatoes and cut into small pieces.

    Pour oil in a pan, add onion and cook till onions turn into milky colour.

    Now add tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, turmic and bhonofy it till oil comes out.

    Now add potatoes, water and cook till potatoes become tender.

    After that, add green chillies, vinegar and cook for 2 minutes.

    At last, add Hara Dhania, butter and mix it well. Do dum for a minute.
