  • 1 tbspGinger garlic paste -
  • 1 tspZeera -
  • 6 to 8Cloves -
  • 6-8Kaali mirch -
  • 2 sticksDaar cheeni -
  • 1Bari elaichi -
  • 5Choti elaichi -
  • 1/4 tspJaifal javitri powder -
  • 2Bay leaf -
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1/4 tspCrushed black pepper -
  • few dropsKewra -

  1. 1

    Pateeli mein oil add kar ke piyaz fry karein. Ab is mein zeera aur tamam garam masala daalen.

  2. 2

    Mater aur ginger garlic paste add karein aur 2 cup paani daal kar mater galayen.

  3. 3

    Jab mater gal jaye tou is mein rice ke lihaz se pani daalen aur jaifal javitri powder air crushed black pepper add kar dein.

  4. 4

    Jab ek boil ajaye tou us mein adhay ghntay bheegy huay rice add krlen.

  5. 5

    Pani itna daalen ke chawal se ek inch upar rhy.

  6. 6

    Ab lid lagakar taiz aanch par pakne dein. Jab saara pani dry hojaye tou 10 min ke liye dam par rakh dein.

  7. 7

    Akhir mein fried onion phela dein aur kewra daal ke flame off krden.
