Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupbutter (1 stick)
  2. 1 1/4 cupsflour
  3. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  4. 2-4 tablespoonsice water

Cooking Instructions

    Dice the butter into cubes, make sure it's cold.

  2. 2

    Best way to do this recipe is with a good processor. Combine flour and salt in food processor, pulse once to mix. Then add butter and pulse until it resembles coarse crumbs.

    Add 1 Tablespoon of water and pulse a few times.then add another and pulse until it forms a ball.

    Place dough ball on to a surface to roll it out, preferably silicone surface. And roll it out to fit your pan.

    Bake at 400° for about 15-20 minutes with pie weight (without filling)

    Then add filling to it and continue to cook until goldenbrown
