Take a kadai,add desi ghee.

Add besan and roast it well,12 to 15 mins. stirring roasted it.

Check besan requirements, you are also add extra desi ghee.

Roast it non stop.

After some time it looks golden brown..

Remove the pan from the stove,add sugar powder and mix it well.

Also add chopped dry fruits, make small and medium sized ladoo.

Ready your ladoo.
