1Egg yolk
100 mlMilk
3 tbspSugar
1 tbspWhite flour
1few drops Vanilla essence

Put all of the ingredients in a large microwave-proof bowl and whisk well.

Microwave for 1 minute.

Remove the bowl from the microwave and whisk well. Microwave for another minute, take it out, and whisk it until it cools down.
