Custard Cream Made with Pancake Mix

I heard from a friend that it's possible to make custard cream out of pancake mix, which was featured on a TV show, so I thought to give it a try one day.
I also tried making it with cake flour instead of pancake mix, but it didn't really change anything.

Just mix it. If you mix the eggs, sugar, and pancake mix/flour first, then it won't get lumpy. Recipe by Doroshi- mama

1Egg
3 tbspSugar
1 tbspPancake mix (or cake flour)
150 mlMilk
1Cream Puff Shells

Steps

Add the eggs, sugar, and pancake mix to a heat-resistant bowl.

Mix well.

Add the milk and strain through a tea strainer.

Microwave for 2 minutes, then mix. Microwave for another minute then mix again. If it doesn't stiffen, microwave again for 1 more minute and mix.

I made a blueberry tart with this.

And pipped it into cream puffs.
