Easy Chocolate Muffins with Pancake Mix
Valentine's Day is approaching, so I was trying to come up with an easy dessert made with pancake mix and hot chocolate mix, and I made these.
These are not too sweet, so add more sugar if you like.
It will be easier to mix if you bring the margarine to room temperature, but it's fine to use it unsoftened if you mix the batter really well. Recipe by keikana

Preheat the oven to 180℃.

Add all the ingredients into a bowl, and mix well with a spatula.

Pour the batter into aluminium cups with a spoon. (If you are using pudding cups, the batter won't spread out, and they will look nice when they're done.)

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, then they're done.
