To make carrot halwa, first wash the carrots thoroughly. Then peel and grate them. Also, chop the nuts and set them aside.

Now take a heavy-bottomed pan. Add milk and cream to it and bring to a boil.

When the milk comes to a boil, add the grated carrots and mix well. Let it cook on medium heat. Stir occasionally at first.

Gradually, the carrots and milk will start to cook. Keep stirring continuously and cook the carrots and milk well. Lower the heat.

You will see that the milk has almost dried up. Now add ghee and roast on low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring continuously.

Add sugar and nuts, and mix well. Roast until the sugar dissolves completely.

Your hot and delicious carrot halwa is ready. When serving, sprinkle some nuts on top.

Note: You can use your favorite nuts in the carrot halwa.

While cooking the halwa, make sure it doesn't stick to the pan.
