  • 100 gsugar
  • 1tblsp honey

Steps

    Caramelize The sugars lightly

  2. 2

    Add almonds and finish caramelization

  3. 3

    Pour them onto baking paper and dab lightly with fresh lemon forming a rectangular shape. Cut lengthwise and fold over using the paper. Roll flat with a rolling pin, squaring each side into the paper. Let cool completely.
