Mixed seed and coconut chikki

Slice coconut 🥥 in the slicer and slightly roast it. Mix both sesame seeds and slightly roast them for 3-4 mins. On very low heat roast peanut n let it cool down completely n remove peels.

Now, crush sesame seeds once in grinding jar. Lightly Crush peanut in hand crusher. And crush coconut flacks with hands. N mix it together.

1st grease platform or any silicone mat. Then in a large thick pan or skillet add water n add jaggery. Let it melt n boil for 2-3min. Add a drop into water n if it comes out hard mean the base is ready.

Then directly add a mixture of coconut flacks, peanut and sesame seeds n turn off the heat. Mix very well and add on a greased surface. Take a rolling pin, grease with oil n roll it to medium thick.

Directly cut with roller or pizza cutter or knife. Let it cool down for 15-20 mins. Remove from it n store in airtight container.

Make sure you grease oil nicely, or don't press it too much. Otherwise will be like this. 😅 As I rolled this 1st time. Or use butter paper or parchment paper.
