Chop the bhaji and wash it properly.

Take a pan, add oil. Once oil is hot add chopped garlic. When garlic leaves the raw taste, add bhaji, red chilli powder and salt. Cover it and cook it on low flame till it gets cook properly. Don't add water.

It tastes great with Bajra Rotla or you can serve with Roti or Bhakhari.
