Tri Colour Sweet Rice❤️

Chawal soaked and boiled with cloves, green Cardamom and salt.

In 3 bowls add 1/2 cup boiled rice in each bowl. Add 3 different colours in each bowl.

In pot add butter until melt,add all badam, pista, akhrot, narial, kishmish and fry for 2 mins.

Add ghee until melt, add cloves and green Cardamom.

Add sugar and milk until dissolve.

Add remaining boiled rice, mix well. Add fried nuts to give a good mix.

Add kewra water,mix well and cook for 4-5 mins. Add khoya in it.

Add green coloured rice, red coloured rice, yellow coloured rice. Cover on low flame for 6-8 mins.

Garnish with khoya, fried nuts also you can add gulab jamun, cham cham too & serve. 🍽️
