Brownies with chocolate chuncks

Pre heat the oven to 190°C

Melt dark chocolate on bain marine or in a microwave

Whilst it is melting, crack three eggs and 225g sugar into a large a large bowl and whisk it together until it looks like the image

Once the dark chocolate has melted, take it off the heat and put 165g butter and mix it with the dark chocolate (the heat of the chocolate melts the butter)

Pour the melted dark chocolate carefully into the bowl of eggs and sugar then whisk it

Cut the dairy chocolate bar into squares amd cut those squares in half like in the photo

Pour the bits of dairy chocolate into the bowl along with 75g of self raising flour and mix it with a SPOON until it looks like the image (ensure there is no flour on the bottom also)

Pour the mixture into a foil container or 16 inches by 16 inches baking tin and use a spoon to get all the contents of the bowl into the container (Silicone spoons are the best for this)

Put it in the oven for 35 mins on 190°C

Take them out if the oven and let it rest for minimum 30 mins then you can cut it into 16 brownies and enjoy them!
