Gajar ka halwa (colourful dish)

In a bowl grate the carrots and place them in a large pot and dry them on a low flame till it’s water evaporates.

After it drys then add milk and dry the milk on medium high flame till carrots absorbs the milk.

When the milk drys atleast 95% then add sugar and elaichi and let it cook(but be careful that it doesn’t burn)

Now add desi ghee and cook it. After it is ready add generous amount of khoya. And dry fruits and give it a good mix.

Serve hot and enjoy!!
