Ingredients

1 hour + baking
15+ cookies
  1. Wet ingredients
  2. 140 gsemi sweet chocolate
  3. 1/2 cupsor 113g of butter
  4. 1egg
  5. 1/2 cupor 100g sugar
  6. 1/2 cupor 100g brown sugar
  7. 1 tspvanilla extract
  8. Dry ingredients
  9. 213 gramsor 1 2/3 cups of all-purpose flour
  10. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  11. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  12. 1/2 tspsalt
  13. 1 tbspcocoa powder
  14. The rest
  15. 1/4 cupor 61g of sour cream, I used yoghurt as substitute
  16. White chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions

1 hour + baking

    Beat butter and sugar together

  2. 2

    Add egg and vanilla extract

  3. 3

    Melt semi sweet chocolate and add it

  4. 4

    Mix dry ingredients together then add them to the dough and mix, make sure not to over mix

  5. 5

    Fold in sour cream or yoghurt, and the white chocolate chips

  6. 6

    Chill the dough for at least half an hour before scooping it on the baking sheet

  7. 7

    Bake at 350⁰F or 175⁰C for 10-12 mins
