Steps

In a pan or pot,add water,sugar,cardamon powder and vanilla essence,stir and let it cook on a medium heat till sticky.

Once the syrup becomes sticky add some foodcolouring and stir well.

Lastly add milkpowder gradually while mixing till everything is nicely combined.

Take baking sheet or grease a working surface to avoid the Barfi from sticking at the bottom and immediately pour the Barfi on top.

Using a grease roller,roll out the Barfi into a medium thick circle and then shape the Barfi as you desire and let them cool down completely before removing them from the working surface.

After 5-10minutes your milkpowder Barfi are ready and enjoy 😉.
