Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgwagyu beef tenderloin cubes
  2. to taste, salt and pepper
  3. 1 tbspbutter
  4. Amakuchi Sauce
  5. 3 tbsphoney
  6. 3 tbspsoy sauce
  7. 3 tbspoyster sauce
  8. 1 tbsptonkatsu sauce
  9. 2 tbspwater

Cooking Instructions

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix honey, soy sauce, oyster sauce, tonkatsu sauce, and water. Simmer over low heat for two minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside.

    Season tenderloin cubes with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Place beef in pan, let fry until browned, about 1–2 minutes per side.

    Transfer to a plate and serve topped with sauce.
