Dry roast the coconut until golden. Remove the peanut skin and roast all the remaining ingredients seperately

Make sure to keep few garlic cloves skin on while roasting. Makes a whole lot of difference with the texture

Let the mixture cool down. And salt and blend all the roasted ingredients in a mixer. Keep it a little coarse.

This can last a long while. So make sure you stock up
