Today I'm sharing this super easy and delicious recipe. It's perfect as an appetizer, even for the holiday season. Hope you enjoy it!

Slice the onions thinly and add them to a skillet with a little olive oil.

Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally.

When the onions start to turn translucent, add two teaspoons of sugar (brown or white) and continue cooking over very low heat.

When the onions start to turn golden, they're ready.

Slice the baguette into not-too-thick rounds and toast them. Place a slice of goat cheese log on each piece of bread and top with caramelized onions.

It's best to add the goat cheese while the bread is still a little warm so the cheese melts slightly.
