This potato recipe is very common in Bihar.Also called "aloo bhujia".The simpler and the tastier dish.Do try .

Cut potatoes into 1 cm this pieces.Heat a kadahi,put mustard oil and heat till smoking point.

Add sliced onion and red chillies cut into pieces.Fry onion till light brown.

Add potatoes,stir.Add salt and turmeric powder and cover the kadahi.Cook on high flame for 2-3minutes.Stir in between.

Now moisture of potatoes are dried.Add chopped tomatoes,stir andcover the pan.Reduce flame to medium.

Cook till potatoes are soft,stir in between.

Remove lid,add coriander leaves,mix well.Season with black pepper powder and chilli flakes.

Put off flame and cover the kadahi.Leave for 5 minutes.

Serve hot with chapati/parathe /dal-chawal.
